waste carrier licence. yes you will be find £50.000 if you get someone to move your rubbish and they are not registered, and that £50.000 is for anything from bin bags to any sort of scrap, if its your then its you that must pay the £50.000 no joke,so the next time you get someone to move anything for you ask them to show you there certificate from the envirinment agency,so save your self from getting that £50.000 fine call me i remove rubbish and i also take any sort of scrap metal away for free, and i will show you my certifcate, so you will not get find for me taking your stuff,thank you, XXXXXXXXXX. paddy
