If Remote-PC can help using our remote support software you will be sent a link to run the remote support client software. The client software is a small file that, when run, creates a secure connection to the technician's computer. This will allow our technician to run diagnostics on your computer and help resolve your problems.
The technician cannot initiate a connection to your computer: only you can do this. You can also terminate the connection at any time with one mouse click. At all times you can see exactly what files the technician is accessing on screen.
Once the connection is terminated, the software is automatically uninstalled.
