From an early age, I have had an interest in people and what makes them act in the ways that they do. Over the years, I have continually worked on my own self-development and have also helped others in an unofficial capacity by actively listening and supporting them in a way that might be helpful to them.
During my professional career, both as a manager and as an adviser, whilst working at a strategic and neighbourhood level, I have provided guidance, motivation and support to people from a variety of backgrounds, so that they are able to achieve their desired goals.
I have also been privileged to study and acquire hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner skills and have now reached a stage in my life where I can follow and practice my passion for empowering people to help themselves. By following this path, and through continuing professional development, I am also able to work on my own self-development which, I feel, is an essential ingredient for facilitating and supporting others in their personal growth.
