PROJECT MANAGER Castlemead Developments Limited is an expanding commercial and residential developer and contractor with a portfolio of development schemes and opportunities with a current pipeline value of circa £70m. An exciting and challenging opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a range of construction projects from concept through to final completion. The role, based in Wrexham, is a senior appointment reporting to the Managing Director. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering projects located in Wales, the Midlands and North West England. A key focus of the role will be to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and the project team as well as delivering sustainable construction and infrastructure design solutions to meet client requirements. To compliment the skills of our existing Management Team, you will have a proven track record at delivering a range of significant commercial and residential projects over a wide range of values, ideally including health care, extra care, affordable housing and care home development schemes. You will have a working knowledge of public/private sector project procurement and property lease arrangements as well as familiarity with JCT forms of contract including related procurement methods. You will most likely have gained your skills from either a construction management or quantity surveying background and be degree qualified in a relevant construction field with a minimum of 5-10 years experience in similar Project Management roles. Applicants should be proactive and personable construction professionals, IT literate and have a hands on approach to managing projects.
