A double room available in a student house. Even though it is the smallest room in the house it still fits a double bed, drawers and bedside cabinet easily. It also has another room available with it which you could use as a 'walk-in wardrobe' or study room. In this room is a double wardrobe, two shelves and a large chest of drawers.

The house itself is modern and has a large living room, new fitted kitchen and a downstairs bathroom with bath and shower. The house is clean and tidy and benefits from freeview tv and internet access (for an extra amount per month).

At present the housemates consist of three females. two are in there final year of study, one at John Moores Uni and the other at Hope University. The third housemate is in full time work. Due to their commitments we would appreciate someone who is considerate with regards to noise in the week.. however on a weekend they are sociable people!!!

Excellent transport links into the city centre and there is a 24 hour ASDA nearby!
