Our promise is to offer both families and couples a hassle free, relaxed villa holiday, so much so, we have just purchased our second villa, Villa Ahmet. We want all our guests to feel at home and we will do everything we can to make your holiday as enjoyable and relaxing as possible (see feedback), Villa Lahana is equipped to a VERY HIGH standard with EVERYTHING provided (see below) for a relaxing villa holiday and Villa Ahmet will be equipped to the same high specification.
Villa Lahana is a spacious fully air-conditioned villa has, 2 bedrooms and sleeps 2/6. It is a bungalow style villa with it's own PRIVATE POOLS and large walled garden, and is close to the centre of Dalyan, which is located on the South West coast of Turkey.
We chose this location, for the mountain views, beautiful beaches and most importantly it is close to the centre of Dalyan, only a 5/10 minute stroll away (a new road to the village make it even quicker to reach), Dalyan has plenty of restaurants, shops and bars for all to enjoy. The villa and the location will suit young and old a like and is particularly safe for children of all ages.
The villa is built on a large corner plot, with private off road parking and is located along a quiet county lane in a peaceful, setting with beautiful mountain views, just at the end of the lane, there is a small shop, Also, the local dolmus (bus) stops there, should this be needed or just stroll into the heart of the beautiful riverside village of Dalyan and explore the many shops or just sit and watch the world go by at the quayside.
POOLS & GARDEN ~ Patio doors which open onto the shaded terrace, the villa also has it's own very large front & back garden, a 35 sq mtr pool plus a large splash/relaxation pool, cushioned sun loungers & parasols for your comfort, the terrace (with table & chairs) looks over the pools, which is set into a large sun deck with pool shower, both pools & garden can be lit during the evening to add to the charm of the villa or for that late night dip! The terrace has GATES that can be DOUBLE LOCKED for added safety for little children. A large pool-facing GAZEBO to sit and relax under.
BEDROOMS ~ 1 double bedroom with king size bed and 1 twin bedroom, both with, excellent quality beds and furniture, bed side lamps, remote controlled air-conditioning unit, large fitted wardrobes to house all the bargains bought at the local market! All linen, blankets (if needed) and lite throwovers, plus a TRAVEL COT & WIRELESS PORTABLE BABY MONITOR are also available at the villa.
LOUNGE ~The very large relaxing lounge, has a remote controlled air-conditioning unit, 2 double size, excellent quality comfortable sofa bed settees, dining room table, 6 chairs with matching unit, TV, DVD, radio/CD player and Satellite T.V, with Euro Sport, BBC News, Children's channels, Music channels etc., a good selection of DVD's and books are also available, plus a speaker system for MP3/laptop.
KITCHEN ~ Fully equipped fitted kitchen with gas/electric cooker hob, dishwasher, full size frost free fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine, microwave & toaster, saucepans, ALL crockery & cutlery for both inside & alfresco dining. (Plastic cups, plates provided for a picnic) an electric kettle, teapot, cafetiere and much more.
BATHROOM ~ Modern fully tiled bathroom suite, with corner shower cubicle, shaver point and large mirror, with matching fitments, ALL towels are provided including beach towels. (Hair dryer & hair straightners are also provided)

Bed linen and housekeeper supplied. (The villa will be cleaned & linen changed once a week) plenty of extra linen provided if you wish to change the linen more often.
Our English speaking manager, will be there to welcome you and offer any help, if needed.
Car hire,(delivered to your door) can be arranged for you and any trips that you may be interested in.
Supermarkets - There are three good size supermarkets in Dalyan town centre, which sell a large variety of food to suit all
Dalyan Town: Only taxis are allowed into part of Dalyan Town Centre during the evening, NO other traffic is permitted.
Bike hire can be arranged for you at excellent rates
VILLA LILY
Is a stunning very spacious fully air-conditioned duplex villa (sleeps 9) with uninterrupted mountain views. The villa has 2 private en-suites and the master bedroom has a private en-suite and a balcony. King size bed again with all matching furnishings and a/c. The triple room also has amazing views and a private en-suite, a/c and all matching furnishings.
Fully fitted kitchen, with d/washer,w/machine, full size frost free fridge freezer, combo microwave, smoothie maker, sandwich maker, electric juicer and much more, Villa Lahana has the same.
The Large a/c lounge again with patio doors that opens onto the terrace area that over looks both pools and the beautiful private garden, there is also a stunning wooden canopy for alfresco dining, large TV, DVD, PS2, CD player, speaker system for ipod, mp3 or laptop (available at both villas) both villas have BBQ, hammocks/child's swing, plus a cushioned swinging chair with canopy.
