"The Little Rustic House": The holiday apartments Barn and Stable are located in the quiet countryside just 5 km from Lucca's centre near the road that takes to San Giuliano Terme and Pisa (called "Via Nuova per Pisa"). They are part of a typical old Tuscan farmhouse which dates back to the mid 700's and was the caretakers and farmers house to the main Villa situated in the land behind.

A brand-new apartment has been added in the farmhouse in 2007. It's called The Shelter: once the cellar of the farm, used for the production of wine, it has now been transformed into a small loft for 2 people. From the living / dining room with entrance from the garden, you may access the sleeping area with a small dressing room and a bathroom with tub. It has a private and equipped outside space. Parking area and pool shared with the other guests.


THE APARTMENTS:



- The STABLE (for 2: has one double bedroom, one bathroom)

The old Stable has been transformed into a delightful, large one bedroom open space apartment of 70 sq.m, suitable for a couple with a child. Situated on the ground floor with view and access to the pergola and main garden. The Stable also has a living dining area (with additional futon sofa bed) and a bathroom.



- The BARN (for a family of 4 people: sleeps 2+2 in a double master bedroom and two bunk beds. One bathroom)

The Barn is a 80 sq.m apartment on the first floor.
1st floor: kitchen (oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, toaster), living-room with dining area, open gallery with double bed, small passage-way room with bunk-bed, bathroom with bathtub. Extra bed available on request.
Ground floor: personal, covered, equipped, outdoor area.



- The SHELTER (for 2: has one double bedroom, one bathroom)

The Shelter is a one-bedroom open space apartment (about 50 sq.m), situated on the ground floor with view and access to main garden and located near the Barn's porch. It has a dining/living room with cooking area (fridge/freezer, dishwasher) and one bathroom with bath-tub. The entrance is from the main garden directly into the living room. In the back, divided by a curtain like in The Stable, there is the bedroom and, on the right, the bathroom. Washing machine to be shared with the other guests.

Weekly cleaning: STABLE & SHELTER Eur 40,00 - BARN Eur 50,00
Daily cleaning on request (extra charge is to be agreed on spot)
Bed and bath linen included, except for swimming pool towels.
