Situated in the sleepy town of Guardamar (20 minutes drive from Alicante airport and 30 from Murcia), this 2 bedroom apartment is ideally located both 2 minutes walk from an amazing beach and the town centre.
This first floor apartment is new to the rental market and very comfortable.

The long hallway leads to the modern open plan living and dining area, with dining table, sofa bed and entertainment unit. UK TV has also been installed with some Sky channels.

The Double bedroom is furnished with double bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps.
The single bedroom comprises of two single beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside table and lamp.

The galley style kitchen is modern in design and equipped with full oven and hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine.

The bathroom is fully tiled and comprises bath / shower, WC, bidet and vanity basin.

This apartment is available for both long and short rentals.
Prices vary month to month and the price is for 6 persons not per head.
